JAF Safe - Jute and Allied Fibers Pest Management

JAFSafe has been developed by crop-protection department of ICAR-CRIJAF Barrackpore. This app namly “JAFsafe” describes in detail about the nature of damage, biology and life cycle of the pests which infest jute and other allied fiber crops, the knowledge of which is very much essential for proper decision making in initiating the pest management activities. JAFsafe will make the farmers better acquainted with the pest problems in jute crop vis-vis their proper and economic management practices. The comprehensive information in insect pests and natural enemies of jute and allied fiber given in JAFsafe will certainly be useful for jute and other allied fiber growers, students, extension workers, teachers and other stakeholders.
